Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all sneakers and apparel are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original shoe box or packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
